At Loero, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please note the following details:

Domestic Orders

Timeframe for Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.

Replacement and exchange will be provided within 7 days

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.

Reverse Pickup Process

  • Reverse pick-up will be done by us, at no extra charges.
  • However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.
  • Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
  • In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.

Payment Refund Details

  • For COD orders, COD charges(₹49) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Exclusions - 'Final Sale' Items

Items from the 'Final Sale' section are not eligible for return or exchange.

First Order Return/Exchange

Your first order is eligible for exchange or return, and you may receive a refund.

Innerwear Policy

Due to the nature of innerwear, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the health and safety of our customers.

International Orders

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns for products sold outside India.

Defective Items

In case of defects, please contact us at care@loero.in within 7 days of receiving the shipment and await further instructions.

Refund for Serious Defects

In cases of serious defects, the refund will be credited back to the customer in the original form within 10-15 Business days.
